Our restaurant takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your food order, please contact us directly by giving us a call at number listed on this website, and we will try to correct the problem to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. If you receive an incorrect order, we will offer to correct your food order. If this is not acceptable, you may be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund. We strive to continuously do our best to ensure your satisfaction. By ordering from Humpavelli’s Pizza, you are agreeing to our refund policy.

What is Catering?
Catering is 10 pizzas or more & catering tray sized items

* Catering can not be placed for same day orders
Please give us a minimum of 24 hours to ensure we have the proper amount of stock and staff to complete your orders.
*Catering pricing may not be available during Rush Hours:
4pm – 8pm Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

*Orders $200 & up have an automatic gratuity applied of 18% – If you wish to tip more, please let us know.
*Orders $200 & up payment requires In-Store OR Online Invoice

Please use our Catering Menu menu on our website *Kennedy Space Center, you have a separate catering menu found on our KSC tab – This price change is to accommodate our mandatory placed by the Space Center to serve on base. Thank you for your understanding.
